A few tweaks happened between the release last Halloween and the actual manufacturing of the cartridges. Mostly it was cosmetic differences on the title screen for the various physical releases. But after watching people play the game at a few conventions I decided to change a couple things. I disabled the turbo cannon for phase 00 so new players would stop getting so excited to use it that they wouldn't notice the capacitor meter draining until death. I also disabled the A and B buttons on the end game screen because lots of people missed it by continuing to mash buttons after they won the game.
